Abstract

Analysys path study aims to obtain information about the effects explosive power arm muscles and self confidence to speed of service. This study was conducted to athletes Tennis Club Padang. The population number of 42 people, samples were taken by purposive sampling technique. Samples of this research are 30 male tennis athletes. The hypothesis testing explosive power arm muscles directly affect the speed of service 0.1592. Self Confident directly affect the speed of service 0.1211. Explosive power arm muscles directly affected to confidently 0.4303. The study concluded: 1) Explosive power arm muscles directly affect the Speed of service. Self Confident directly affect the Speed of service (2). Explosive power arm muscles directly affect to self-confidence (3).

Abstract

Sebagai orang tua kita menginginkan agar anak tumbuh dengan baik. Namun demikian orang tua kurang memahami untuk mencapai anak tumbuh dengan baik dan sehat memerlukan aktivitas fisik. Orang tua saat ini lebih memberikan gawai kepada anaknya supaya tenang. Hal ini membuat anak lebih banyak duduk bermain gawai dan cenderung kurang melakukan aktivitas fisik. Perlu kesadaran dan keterlibatan orang tua untuk mendukung anak supaya memiliki kebiasaan melakukan aktivitas fisik. Oleh karena itu perlu diketahui tingkat kesadaran dan keterlibatan orang tua dalam mendukung aktivitas fisik anaknya. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua siswa SD Negeri kelas 1 di Kota Cilegon Provinsi Banten. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner berupa angket tertutup yang disajikan dalam bentuk sedemikian rupa sehingga responden hanya mengisi dengan cara memberikan check list. Para orang tua memiliki pemahaman dan kesadaran bahwa aktivitas fisik baik untuk anak-anak mereka dengan tingkat kepercayaan lebih dari 85%. Sedangkan keterlibatan orang tua terhadap aktivitas anaknya meiliki tingkat kepercayaan diatas 60%. Para orang tua memliki kesadaran yang tinggi tentang pentingnya aktivitas fisik bagi anaknya dan keterlibatan orang tua terhadap aktivitas fisik anaknya relatif tinggi, namun demikian ada beberapa keterlibatan orang tua yang relatif rendah ketika mendorong anaknya untuk ikut klub olahraga.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test the volleyball drills smash learning technique. It is hoped that this experiment can produce a product that can be used for learning volleyball smash games. The method in this research is R&D at the stage of small-scale field trials with quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques. The instruments used in this study were observation and questionnaires. This study involved 3 observers and 24 physical education students as research respondents. This research found that 88.9% of students can do the drills smash learning technique and this is also supported by the results of observations made by 3 observers, it was found that an average of 89.4% of students could apply the volleyball learning drills smash technique. This shows that the volleyball drills smash learning technique on small-scale trials can be used and applied to students.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the personality of Bengkulu athletes who will compete in PON Papus 2021. The aspects of personality studied consist of achievement, adaptability, competitiveness, conscientiousness, visualization, intuition, goal setting, managing pressure, self efficacy, fear of failure control, flow, management, emotions, self-talk, self awareness, ethics, empathy, relationships, aggressiveness, power, impressions managements. This research method is quantitative descriptive. The subjects of this research were all Bengkulu athletes who will participate in PON XX Papua 2021. The instrument used in this research was sport personality questionnaire (SPQ-20). The data analysis technique in this study used quantitative precentage. The results revealed that of the 21 aspects studied there were 13 personality aspects included in the study high category and 8 aspects fall into the medium category. The results of the research were expected to be able to become a reference and description of the athlete's personality. Recommended for athletes who were still in the moderate category so that they can be trained properly so that they can maximize psychological skills, especially personality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana durasi waktu permainan dalam cabang bulutangkis yang dilihat dari 4 durasi waktu yaitu: durasi waktu set, rally, istirahat dan pertandingan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah semua pemain yang mengikuti Kejuaraan Malaysia Master 2020. Sedangkan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling, sehingga sampel yang digunakan adalah pasangan ganda putra Indonesia yang mewakili kejuaraan tersebut sebanyak 4 pasangan. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara melakukan pengamatan video yang ada di Youtube pada kejuaraan Malaysia Master 2020 dan kemudian memasukkannya ke dalam tabel yang telah divalidasi ahli berdasarkan durasi waktu permainan yang ingin dihitung selama pertandingan berlangsung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif yaitu: reduksi, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa durasi waktu set rata – ratanya adalah 16 menit, durasi waktu rally rata – ratanya adalah 4.94 detik, durasi waktu istirahat rata – ratanya adalah 19.72 detik dan durasi waktu pertandingan rata – ratanya adalah 40.91 menit. Sehingga disarankan kepada para pelatih untuk memberikan latihan sesuai dengan karakteristik cabang bulutangkis yang dapat dilihat berdasarkan durasi waktu yang terjadi selama permainan berlangsung.

Abstract

Rendahnya hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani pada anak disabilitas di era COVID-19 merupakan faktor utama yang harus di atasi segera mungkin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efek inklusi berbasis blended learning terhadap hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani pada siswa disabilitas selama COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi yang bersifat pre eksperimen. Subjek sebanyak N=30 siswa yang berjenis kelamin laki-laki bersedia berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan pilihan ganda sebanyak 20 butir soal dan teknik analisis data menggunakan IBM SPSS versis 25.0 untuk mencari deskriptif statistik, normalitas, homogenitas dan ANOVA yang berfungsi untuk melihat perbedaan skor pre-test dan post-test hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani pada anak disabilitas. Taraf signifikansi menggunakan 0.05. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pembelajaran inklusi berbasis blended learning yang di integrasikan dalam pendidikan jasmani secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pada anak disabilitas dalam waktu 5 minggu. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pembelajaran inklusi berbasis blended learning menjadi salah satu solusi yang dapat digunakan di era pandemi COVID-19 sebagai upaya merubah hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani yang rendah menjadi lebih tinggi.

Abstract

Soccer is one of the very popular sports that is enjoyed by all ages and levels of society. Soccer players must know about the basic techniques, one of which is kicking the ball. Success in kicking the ball requires training for leg muscle power. Plyometric exercises (such as box jumps, and double leg speed hops) can be used to train leg muscle power. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of box jump exercise, double leg speed hops and ankle-knuckles coordination against the results of shots on goal of the soccer players from SMPN 27 Padang. This research is an experimental study with a 2x2 factorial design. The population of the study was soccer players at SMPN 27 Padang totaling 32 people. Data analysis used 2x2 ANOVA and Tukey's further test at a significance level of = 0.05. The results showed that soccer players at SMPN 27 Padang who had high ankle-knuckles coordination had better shots on goal when trained with Box Jump exercises. Meanwhile, those who have low ankle-knuckles coordination have better shots on goal if they are trained with the Double Leg Speed ​​Hops exercise. There is an interaction between training methods and ankle-knuckles coordination against the results of shots on goal of the soccer players at SMPN 27 Padang.

Abstract

COVID-19 affects various aspects of life including the continuity of physical activity in various countries. One of the impacts most felt by the community is the existence of social restrictions that make people tend to experience a decrease in physical activity during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to identify the motivation of the community in carrying out physical activities in the community in Gresik district. This type of research is descriptive quantitative using survey method. The research sample was 212 people with an age range of 17-55 years. The data collection technique used a motivation for physical activity and motivation for exercise/workout questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the motivation of the community to do physical activity during the COVID-19 pandemic in the majority of men is in the sufficient category, which is 86 (74.1%) and the majority of women are in a good category, which is 30 (14.2%). Furthermore, the indicator of the intrinsic motivation factor of the community doing physical activity is mostly influenced by pleasure, namely 91.3% for men and 93.75% for women, while the majority of extrinsic motivation factors are influenced by the environment, namely 79.3% for men and 72.9 for women.

Abstract

Athletes motivation in following warm-up should be considered. Athletes can continue to be the top of the performance and the achievements of the club achieved to the maximum. But there are still many athletes don’t understand the importance of warming up for itself. The same thing happens, the dominant Tarogong FC football athletes are still lazy in warm up. This has a negative effect or impact on the athlete's training program. Among them athletes can experience sports injuries such as muscle cramps, sprains, and so on because various functions of the body's organs are not ready. Therefore, the role of a coach is needed to find a solution how to motivate the athlete to want and be happy when warming up, one of them with traditional games. In statistical analysis for the processing of PTK data , the results showed a significant difference between motivation in cycle 1 and motivation in cycle 2, where the average motivation during cycle 1 is 90.98 and the current motivation average in cycle 2 is 99.55. Thus, there is an increase in the motivation of Tarogong FC football athletes with traditional games in following warm-up.

Abstract

This research is based on the problem of the limitations of the ball in football learning. The most important thing in learning football is the presence of a ball to carry out the learning of football. This study aims to create a learning model of football passing under using limited media. The model trial was carried out in 2 stages with small groups and large groups. The small group used 15 students and the large group used 80 students, where the students who were the sample were STKIP Pamane Talino students. Because it is still the covid 19 period, the trial was carried out with health protocols and did not use a sample that was too wide considering the impact that could occur. This exercise model has three stages of movement that become an integral part of this learning model. The three stages of the movement, namely initial motion, core motion and final motion, each stage has a variation of the movement model. Testing the effectiveness of the model created by providing a questionnaire on student responses to learning with the old model and the new model created. Based on the responses given by the new football passing learning model, it makes students easy in the learning process, minimizes boredom, students feel more tired because they move a lot and foster feelings of pleasure in learning.
